A combination of cardio workout and boxing training.

 

This class starts off with plyometric and conditioning drills to warm up and strengthen the body, followed by  actual boxing techniques and drills with the heavy punching bags. 

TABATA

TABATA

 

Tabata involves performing a particular exercise or group of exercises at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time interval of 4 minutes. This training protocol is followed through the whole intense hour.
